We offer high temperature labels that can withstand temperatures up to 1,000°F for a few seconds, temperatures greater than 700°F for a few minutes, and above 500°F for hours.

Extreme Temperature labels can withstand temperatures (up to 350°C) and are used to identify printed circuit board & electronic components, even surviving underside pcb wave soldering. To resist the high temperatures found in lead free solder processes, BAZHOU are made out of Polyimide, as opposed to Polyester used for normal component identification.

BAZHOU has a wide range of polyimides available in different colours, all with ESD characteristics, suited for automatic applying and usable in a variety of print technologies, offering good barcode printability and mainly used for traceability.
